MEET THE TEAM

With a combined 32 years of experience in the South Florida residential real estate market, the husband and wife team has developed a reputation for their high-level of dedication to customer service. "Beyond showing houses, real estate is building relationships with clients", Michael Farenga says. "We spend hours with clients talking about their needs and sharing our knowledge of the market, the economy, tax incentives and pitfalls, etc". They moved to South Florida 18 years ago and have been consistent multi-million dollar producers throughout their real estate careers.

Michael a graduate of Manhattan College is a skilled boater and fisherman. Annette earned her degree from St. John's University. She says her passionate nature lends itself to her many interests, including cooking and art. It also fuels her career. "From the smallest condo to the largest of marinas, regardless of the size of the property – you have to give 110 percent", Annette says.

"We are accustomed to the fast and furious pace of New York City and gained valuable people skills in our respective careers before real estate", Annette explains.

"People do not realize how much emotion goes into buying a home.
Being a good REALTOR® means taking an interest in the client
that goes beyond closing the deal"

The Farengas began their real estate careers marketing Tropic Isles, a waterfront community in which they lived at the time. They are recognized consistently for selling at least 90% of their own listings, a feat that is unique in real estate. Today they reside in Boca Raton. "We are always available, we accompany all showings of our listings and we stay in the picture long after our clients and customers have closed their transactions".
